By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LaxharTech regarding your use of the Platform. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To use Aumavi, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is legal
• For Indian users: Comply with all applicable Virtual Digital Asset (VDA) regulations

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account through our authentication provider, LaxharAccess. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Enabling two-factor authentication when available
• Never sharing your credentials with third parties
• Logging out after each session on shared devices

• Terminal Trading: Real trading through integrated broker APIs
• Rovers: Automated trading bots with configurable strategies

4.2 Analytics Features

• Spot Analyzer: Crypto portfolio tracking with FIFO cost basis calculation
• Futures Analyzer: Derivatives P&L analytics with psychology tracking
• Tax Estimator: Indian crypto tax estimation tool (see Section 6 for important disclaimers)
• Super Profit Analyzer: Net profit analysis after fees and taxes
• Risk Analyzer: Monte Carlo simulation tool for testing betting strategies (see Section 7.4)
• Goal Analyzer: Financial goal planning and projection tool
• Endurance Tracker: Loss streak monitoring and drawdown alerts
• Order Analyzer: Trade planning and session management
• Trading Balance: Real-time balance tracking across exchanges

4.3 Additional Features

4.4 Exchange Integration

We support integration with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges including MEXC and CoinDCX. When you connect your exchange account:

• Your API credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-GCM)
• We only request permissions necessary for the features you use
• You remain responsible for your exchange account security
• We are not liable for actions taken by third-party exchanges

6. Tax Estimator Disclaimer

6.1 Purpose and Limitations

The Tax Estimator feature is designed to help you understand potential tax implications of your cryptocurrency transactions under Indian tax law. However:

What the Tax Estimator Does:

• Provides rough estimates based on data you input
• Uses current known VDA tax rates (30% + 4% cess)
• Helps you understand potential tax liabilities
• Generates reports for your reference
• Calculates TDS estimates at 1% rate

What the Tax Estimator Does NOT Do:

• Provide official tax calculations
• Guarantee accuracy of calculations
• Replace consultation with a Chartered Accountant
• Generate legally valid tax documents
• Account for your complete financial situation

6.3 Limitations You Must Understand

Data Accuracy:

• Tax estimates are only as accurate as the data you provide
• Incomplete, incorrect, or missing transaction data will result in incorrect estimates
• Exchange imports may miss certain transactions or have incorrect values
• Currency conversion rates are approximations and may differ from actual rates

Regulatory Limitations:

• Tax laws and regulations change frequently
• The Platform may not reflect the most recent changes in tax law
• Different interpretations of tax law may apply to your situation
• State-level taxes and surcharges may not be included
• Your specific tax bracket, exemptions, and deductions are not considered

Calculation Limitations:

• FIFO (First-In-First-Out) calculation is one method; other methods may be applicable
• Cost basis calculations may not account for all fees, airdrops, forks, or staking rewards
• Cross-exchange transfers may affect cost basis in ways not captured
• Gift, inheritance, and other special transaction types may not be handled correctly

For informational purposes only, the current understanding of Indian VDA taxation includes:

3. You will not hold us liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from use of the Tax Estimator
4. You understand that tax estimates are not legal advice and do not create any professional relationship
5. You are responsible for maintaining accurate records and filing correct tax returns
6. You will report any discrepancies or errors you discover in the calculations

6.6 No Liability for Tax Issues

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• Incorrect tax filings based on our estimates
• Penalties, interest, or fines from tax authorities
• Audits or investigations triggered by incorrect filings
• Any financial loss resulting from reliance on our tax estimates
• Differences between our estimates and actual tax liability

7. Analytics and Calculations Disclaimer

7.1 Spot Analyzer

The Spot Analyzer provides portfolio tracking and cost basis calculations:

• FIFO Calculation: Uses First-In-First-Out method; other methods (LIFO, specific identification) may be more appropriate for your situation
• Cost Basis: Calculated based on available data; may not include all fees, transfers, or adjustments
• Holdings Values: Based on market prices that may be delayed or inaccurate
• Profit/Loss: Estimates only; actual realized gains/losses may differ

7.2 Futures Analyzer

The Futures Analyzer provides derivatives trading analytics:

• P&L Calculations: Based on data provided; actual exchange P&L may differ
• Psychology Tracking: For personal reference only; not professional mental health advice
• Performance Metrics: Historical indicators that do not predict future performance

7.3 Super Profit Analyzer

The Super Profit Analyzer provides net profit analysis:

• Inflation Adjustments: Based on general inflation rates; may not reflect your actual purchasing power changes
• Aggregated Data: Combines data from multiple sources with potential for errors
• Net Calculations: Simplified models that may not capture all financial factors

7.4 Risk Analyzer (Monte Carlo Simulation)

The Risk Analyzer uses Monte Carlo simulation to test betting strategies:

• Strategy Testing: The 9 betting strategies (Fixed, Martingale, Kelly Criterion, etc.) are for educational purposes only

7.5 Goal Analyzer

7.6 Endurance Tracker

The Endurance Tracker monitors your trading psychology:

• Behavioral Tool: Designed to help you recognize patterns in your trading behavior
• Not Trading Advice: Alerts and blocks are suggestions, not guarantees of preventing losses
• Self-Discipline Aid: The tool assists but cannot replace your own judgment and discipline

7.7 Psychology Tracking

• Self-Reported Data: All psychological data is self-reported and subjective
• No Diagnostic Value: Correlations shown have no clinical or diagnostic significance
• Not Mental Health Advice: If you have concerns about your mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional
• Trading Psychology Only: This feature is meant to help you reflect on how your state affects trading, not to assess your mental health

7.8 Data Import Accuracy

When importing data from exchanges:

• API Data: May be incomplete, delayed, or formatted differently than expected
• CSV Imports: Depend on correct column mapping and data formatting
• Deduplication: Attempts to avoid duplicates but may not catch all cases
• Currency Conversion: Uses historical rates that may not match your actual conversion rates

8. User Conduct

8.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use the Platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or other illegal activities
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate any trading data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated means to access the Platform beyond permitted APIs
• Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Misrepresent tax estimates as official calculations

8.2 API Usage

When providing third-party exchange API credentials, you represent that:

• You are the authorized owner of those credentials
• You have authority to grant us the permissions requested
• You will not use these features for market manipulation
• You accept responsibility for all actions taken through your API keys

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

The Platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by LaxharTech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our Platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

You retain ownership of data you input into the Platform. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR (B) INR 10,000

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaxharTech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or any of its features
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading activities or investment decisions
• Your tax filings, tax obligations, or dealings with tax authorities
• Any inaccurate data you provide to the Platform
• Any reliance on calculations, estimates, or analytics provided by the Platform

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding obligations will survive termination

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
• We discontinue the Service

14. Modifications

16.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
