Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all subscription purchases and payments made on the Aumavi platform operated by LaxharTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. Subscription Plans
Aumavi offers the following subscription types:
- Free Tier: Basic features with no payment required
- Monthly Subscription: Full access billed monthly
- Annual Subscription: Full access billed annually at a discounted rate
- Add-On Features: Optional premium features purchasable separately
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings page under “Billing”

3.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all premium features until the subscription expires
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Tier after expiration
- Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
- Automatic renewal will be disabled immediately
3.3 No Partial Refunds for Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund for the remaining days. You will continue to have access to premium features until your paid period ends.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
Full Refunds (Within 7 Days)
- First-Time Subscribers: If you are a new subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage of the platform.
- Service Unavailability: If the platform was substantially unavailable (more than 72 consecutive hours of downtime) during your subscription period.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
- Annual Plan Cancellation: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may request a pro-rated refund minus one month's charges at the monthly rate.
- Feature Non-Delivery: If a specific paid feature was advertised but not delivered as described.
Refunds NOT Granted
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Dissatisfaction with market data or trading outcomes (we provide tools, not trading advice)
- Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Temporary service interruptions under 72 hours
- Add-on features after activation and use
4.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Wait for review: We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.
4.3 Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional time (3-5 business days) may be required for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank
- UPI Payments: Refunded to the originating UPI ID
- Card Payments: Credited back to the original card
5. Free Trial Policy
If we offer a free trial:
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges
- If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
- Free trial eligibility is limited to one per user
6. Beta/Early Access Features
During the beta period, Aumavi may offer features for free or at reduced prices. Beta pricing and features are subject to change. Users who subscribe during beta may be eligible for special pricing consideration when transitioning to general availability.
7. Payment Disputes
7.1 Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback), your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
7.2 Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over the following days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. If prices increase:
- We will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect
- Your current subscription will not be affected until renewal
- You may cancel before renewal to avoid the new pricing
- Annual subscribers are protected at their locked-in rate until their next renewal
9. Add-On Purchases
For one-time add-on feature purchases:
- Before Activation: Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if the feature has not been activated or used
- After Activation: No refunds once the feature has been activated and used, except in cases of technical malfunction

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 15 days before taking effect.
